Dominic Mansour, former CEO of Bingos.com, has been appointed by GTECH G2’s as the company’s Head of Casino & Games. Alison Diggs, who was formerly head of International will now take over as Head of Bingo.
Mansour claimed that the reason for his resignation as NetPlay TV’s Director of Sales and Marketing and CEO of Bingos.com was because he felt the desire to venture out and try new opportunities.
During April 2008 Bingo.com was sold to NetPlay TV for an amount of 6.25 million pounds after growing in profitability in less than four years under Mansour’s leadership.
Mansour was also instrumental in raising the profits of other companies and while acting as Managing Director of GlobalCom, before his career at NetPlay TV, he was successful in establishing the business throughout the Middle East and Europe. He also launched the company’s bingo software product which was purchased by online gaming operator 888.
Prior to taking over as Head of Bingo at GTECH G2, Alison Diggs was Director of Sales & Marketing for Victor Chandler’s company games division and thereafter Managing Director for International Business at St. Minver.
Johan Berg, Chief Operating Officer of GTECH G2 says that he is delighted to welcome Mansour and Diggs to their team. With the resources of GTECH behind them, they will be developing many new products as well penetrating more new markets than ever.
G2, the new name for GTECH’s interactive gaming and sports betting service was officially launched earlier this month when GTECH re-branded its New Media & Sports Betting division.
