Vegas Technology started as an e-commerce company called OddsOn in Toronto in 1996. They quickly entered the online casino market by acquiring a license from the jurisdiction of Antigua and Barbuda. In 2003 they merged with English Harbour Gaming Ventures, which was a leading online casino group. At that time the online casino industry was exhibiting tremendous growth and OddsOn resurfaced as Vegas Technology. In 2005 Vegas Technology won the “Top Casino Software” award.
