Software provider Playtech Ltd. has announced its acquisition of the company Virtue Fusion, expert developer of products in the bingo line.

Playtech is renowned as one of the leaders in the arena of online gaming software and has now made a move to ensure a leading position in the field of online bingo. Vegas Technology started as an e-commerce company called OddsOn in Toronto in 1996. They quickly entered the online casino market by acquiring a license from the jurisdiction of Antigua and Barbuda.
